Group classes have 2 to 5 people and sessions are tailored to the group. We know your goals and how you move. In a small group setting, we can help you get the most out of every class.
Private sessions provide one-on-one attention and focus on your goals and unique movement patterns. These may include support for injury recovery, taking your fitness to the next level, athletic performance or pre/post-natal needs.
